Certain information such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics are collected automatically when you access the QLHS InterCorp software .
We automatically collect certain information when you access, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
We may collect information related to your mobile device, push notifications, when you use our application.
If you use our Apps, we also collect the following information:
- Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system and version information, and IP address.
- App Usage Data. We automatically record usage data (e.g., which recipes you viewed and selected, how often you interacted with the app). The data recorded is not tied to the user.
- Your Purchase History in Our Apps. We automatically collect your purchase history to provide the App functionality.
- Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or mobile application. If you wish to opt out of receiving these communications, you may turn them off in your device settings.
2. Information provided by users
When using the QLHS InterCorp software , we collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information. When you register for an account with us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
- Contact Information. When you contact our support team, we collect the information you provide during the conversation, including your conversation history, issue details, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information storage
- We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless otherwise required by law.
- We will only keep your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy requires us to keep your personal information for longer than 5 years.

By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or guardian of such a child and consent to such dependent child’s use of the Application. If we learn that personal information from a user under the age of 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete such data from our records. Account Termination
- If you are unable to terminate your account, please contact us. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements.
- You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from our marketing email list — however, we will still need to send you service-related emails necessary to administer and use your account.
